JCP Norway is certified as a Great Place To Work
– We are really proud to get certified as a Great Place To Work, especially since it’s only about 70 companies that’s been certified before us, says CEO Øystein Tynning.
To become a Great Place To Work evidently shows that JCP – as an organization – is perceived as a good workplace by its employees.
– I believe that happy people perform better at work, and it is important to us that our employees want to be here. GPTW paints a picture on how it is to work at JCP. That means that we have concrete details as to what we have to continue working on to become even better, says Øystein.
The certification is based on a thorough situation analysis of employee experiences in the workplace. The analysis is based on a global standard for what characterizes good work environment in a company. The standard is based on over 25 years of research and analysis of several tens of organizations in over 50 countries. The certification is completed by an independent third party of the workplace. It is valid for 12 months from the last valid survey and must be revised annually.
