Pink Ribbon Breakfast with The Swedish Cancer Society and Tropicana
The Swedish Cancer Society and Tropicana invited a group of women to a lovely breakfast to increase awareness around breast cancer.
As October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which is an annual campaign to increase awareness of the disease, The Swedish Cancer Society and Tropicana invited a group of women to enjoy a delicious breakfast with their hostess Pernilla Wahlgren at the beautiful Grand Hotel in Stockholm.
The morning started out with meditation and yoga with Malin Ingevall to set the theme for the day; peace, relaxation and well-being. They continued with a lovely breakfast with bread rolls with different toppings, yoghurts, juice, coffee and tea.
Furthermore, Louise Permelin Berg och Helena Torsler Andersson from The Swedish Cancer Society presented their new campaign, talked about breast cancer and told the women how important it is to check their bodies for lumps every month.
At the end of the event the women were gathered in a beautiful room with blank canvases for them to paint on. The paintings are being auctioned off and the money will be given to The Swedish Cancer Society.
– We are really proud to be able to contribute to The Swedish Cancer Society’s important work in Sweden, says Lyan van der Vlist, Commercial Activation Manager Nutrition at Pepsico, who owns Tropicana.
