JCP nominated at The One Show 2018

JCP is shortlisted at the prestigious award show in New York, The One Show 2018.

JCP, which was nominated in second quarter, is one of three Norwegian agencies which are shortlisted for the prestigious award show, The One Show, with the work they conducted for their own agency, The Logo Donation Project.

The One Show is one of the world’s most prestigious award shows, which honors the most creative work in design, advertising, interactive and entertainment from all corners of the world.

Prior to last year’s award ceremony (The One Show 2017), The One Club received over 20,000 contributions from thousands of agencies, organizations and businesses from around the world. 73 countries were represented and over 500 were guests were at the show.

– Our mission at JCP is to always create work that truly captivates people, and along with the results of the campaign The One Show shortlist is another proof  that it works, says Creative Director in JCP, Paul Little.

The Logo Donation
Earlier this year, JCP changed its visual expression, and as a result they were left with note books, pens, banners, beach flags, signs, sweaters and a car (!) – all with their old logo. Instead of throwing it all away, they wanted to donate everything to a lucky winner.

The Logo Donation was not limited to Norway – the agency advertised on websites worldwide, including China, UK, USA, Germany, Iceland, Bahamas, Greece, Bulgaria, Iran, France and Russia.

JCP received over 400 requests, but found its successor in Romania, where Iulian Soros has a carwash that has now taken the name, JCP Carwash.
